RENOVATIONS

Renovation Projects

Old and outdated buildings can be given new life with dramatic facade transformations. Some projects are handled with a complete facade replacement, while others achieve a new look using a simple color change and decorative treatments.

Interiors also can be completely revitalized or re-purposed by reallocating space and circulation flow, and by introducing new floor patterns, ceiling treatments, furnishings, finishes and lighting.

Demolition is minimized as much as possible in order to simplify construction, and to reduce costs. Not every old building is a good candidate for renovation, but if it's structurally sound, and in the right location, it can be more feasible than new construction.

Historical structures are all handled as unique projects with respect to their original method of construction and architectural style.
