This 100+ year-old house was completely renovated and doubled in size with a new kitchen, breakfast room, dining room extension and a stairway leading to a new tower with panoramic view. New bathrooms were added, and the circulation of the existing space was redirected to give the house openness and functionality. A new screened-in, octagon-shaped gazeebo that adjoins the new breakfast room will be added soon, along with a patio and deck that will be accessible from the kitchen and dining rooms.
