ABOUT

In 1999, Laura Culpepper opened an Architectural practice in Nacogdoches, Texas after working for some of the nation’s top Architectural firms in Washington, D.C. and Birmingham, Alabama. As a graduate of Syracuse University, she is well versed in a wide range of Architectural styles and continues to draw from per past work experience, where she played major roles in designing many large corporate/commercial, government, hospitality and healthcare projects. While working for national firms such as HOK, Leo A. Daly Company, and Gresham Smith & Partners, some of her noted projects included: The Mercedes Benz U.S. International Visitors Center, The U.S. Senate Offices at Postal Square, Headquarters Building & Conference Center for the National Council for Catholic Bishops, as well as many HealthSouth and Regional Hospitals.

Culpepper’s private practice in Nacogdoches started with residential projects while her children were small, but quickly grew to include larger commercial projects such as office buildings, churches, schools, restaurants, medical offices, retail centers and historic buildings. What draws people from all over East Texas to her firm is good design, attention to detail, and word-of-mouth recommendations.
