This modern house is a total interior and exterior renovation of an older house, which was chosen for its location on the golf course. The once low ceilings were raised with the use of large room-width shed dormers, and with arched and stepped ceilings. Cove lighting, reveals, specialty materials and detailing all contribute to the luxury feel.
